So, I unplugged both ram, gpu, mouse, keyboard, speakers. I left the hdmi in so I could see if bios started. Internally, all that was connected to mobo was cpu, cpu fan, atx 12v, atx power, f audio, and f panel. I didn't see how I would be able to turn it on without the f panel running, or...
