Haha, complaining at speeds of 13Mbps. Here in Australia, you would have the fastest internet speed if you reached that (I've only gotten 12). If you're saying you can't load youtube videos with that speed, it's a lie. I can (although barely) watch 1080p youtube videos without freezing on...
