Thank you for helping me. I came to the conclusion that it is because of the way the game is coded and that it is not the fault of any hardware/driver issues.

ok I did that and it finished installing but the issue remains. I'm going to guess that it has to do with the coding of the game. but out of curiosity and slightly off topic when I get a new computer I need to install (in my case) gpu driver - amd catalys mobo driver - asus driver did I miss...

I would highly suggest staying away from the TPC 612 (the other version is fine from the looks of it). There are some reviews of it saying that it has heat pipe contact issues which means that it isn't very good at cooling. My person rig atm is using a stock fan over that fan because my 8320 hit...

stay away from the tpc 612. it apprently has problems with the pipe contact. and personal experience with this. the stock fan cooled my cpu better thant he tpc 612. The other versions of the 612 however seems to be fine from reviews.
