Not to be mean, but your computer is uncompatible to play Watch Dogs. APUs are weak for next-gen games and APUs are under next-gen, also your CPU has 2 cores meanwhile Watch Dogs uses 4 cores, buying a dedicated GPU and a Quad Core CPU will solve your problem.
