    guys i fixed it i did some search online on memory leak and i found a video and changed some settings in regedit now its normal ram usage again thx for the reply's :D

    i have 16gb of ram and when im browsing on chrome for exsample its using 9,1 gb of ram.... thats insane and when im doing nothing its maybe at 8gb or so here are some screen shots above
