When I ever I open BF3 my Cpu speed drops from 2.8ghz to 1.6ghz What's happening and how can I fix it. AMD A8-5557m w/ 8550g AMD Radeon 8750m

Since updating to windows 8.1 my internet signal says limited or not connected even though it is working fine. Now I can't even connect without being really close to the router. I have an Acer Aspire v5 552g 8632.

Is my A8-5557m bottlenecking my AMD Radeon HD 8750m?

What is the best driver to card use for this? I feel like since getting the newest AMD beta drivers my performance has dropped a little. Other people who own this card, should I rollback to a specific driver? What do you use?

I just bought an Acer v5 552g 8632, I was wondering whether or not there are more bios options available that aren't there without a hack or mod.
