    GTS250 Vs GTX750Ti

Yes, that 750 Ti will blow the GTS 250 out of the water, and you won't experience any bottlenecking with that CPU. If you can get it for a good price go for it.

    New Motherboard Requirements

I think you should go for an AM3+ board, since you can upgrade to one of the newer chips in the future, OCing a little wouldn't hurt either. I'll assume that you only use the 750 Ti, this board should be enough for most people's needs...

    AC Syndicate messed up ports?

Syndicate was a better port, but it still doesn't run all that well on anything but the highest end components. Even so, I think you should try reinstalling the drivers for your graphics card. Letting us know the resolution you are playing at also helps. Do you experience low frame rates in any...

    this is my build

You might want to add a hard drive for mass storage of games etc. A Western Digital Blue 1TB drive should do you fine. You will also need to get a CPU cooler, since Skylake chips don't ship with one in the box, you can get H105 that you mentioned or a cheaper air cooler like the Hyper 212 Evo...

    Recommend a graphics card?

You might want to look into getting a GTX 750 Ti, you wouldn't need a new power supply and it's in your price range. However, you might see some bottle necking form your CPU, but you should be fine to run those games.

Best Future Proof GPU under 200$?

If you're open to the used market, you can get a GTX 970 for about $200. Try the Hardwareswap subreddit or eBay, they sometimes turn up for good prices there. In terms of getting the best bang for your buck that will last you longer for your purposes, I'd say that's your best option.

Can my laptop run GTA V?

I think you might be able to run it, but I can't testify for whether or not it will be playable. You can probably get 30fps at a lower resolution, but there will be frame dips.

    Changing CPU. Help?

Replacing your CPU is simple, just open the case, remove the heatsink, raise the lever that's on the cpu Socket and slowly lift out the old CPU. Then slowly place the new CPU in, line it up using the notch and gold coloured triangle in the corner and close the lever (it'll take lots of force and...

Best Motherboard for Overclocking i7 6700k

Honestly, no one can say right now as these products have not been released to the mainstream, and everything would just be speculation. There will be a plethora of boards in the coming weeks, I'd say make your decision then, as I believe the prices of the boards I see on Amazon may be subject...

Gigabyte gtx 970 gaming g1 or MSI gtx 970

Sure it'll fit in that case. Also, I've heard nothing but praise for Gigabyte's G1 cards personally, they strike the right balance of functionality and aesthetics. I don't think you'll have any issues, and the extra couple pounds you spend will increase thermal and acoustic performance.
