Workaround do not help. Downgrade my bios to 0602 will enable to post every time. Conclusion: Newer bios than version 0602 are buggy... I guess.

Hi, exactly the same behavior observed on my Asus P5K-E. My bios is the last available (0805), OC@3200 perfectly works when it posts. It occurs randomly but a 'cold' case helps to reproduce the problem. Turning off/on manually the PSU is the only workaround I found.

yes indeed, i did a last update of my bios (0806). i wonder whether it can be a problem with the core voltage@3200 or something like that... and what i do not get is the strange startup in 2 steps.
