Thanks for your input. I was about to order the Noctua NF-P14s redux-1200 PWM fans when they went out of stock so I ordered Fractal Design Venturi HP-14 PWM instead. They're not silent but they're not loud either. Build quality is excellent and the price is right. Can't complain.

If you only game I'd say go for the i5 as games don't really benefit from Hyperthreading and the OC on the i5 will make a difference on the long run.
