nvm, sometime the fan speed just stucks at 0, fak

idk if this is the way to solve this problem or it's just coincidence but recently i just opened up bios menu when i started my pc, went to "check pc health status" and wait until fan speed reached 1000rpm, is it just coincidence that my pc suddenly dont get high thermal anymore

im not good at this stuff so dont event know what's my seatink

have already did it, sometimes my pc starts at about 50 celcius degree and it wont get throttle but sometimes it starts at about 60 celcius degree and guarantee throttle after 30min of using

just like the title, my pc gets throttle easily just by using chrome for 30' , i've got this problem for 1 moth, but yesterday it was fine and i could play games without throttle my spec: nvidia geforce 210 2.5GHz pentium dual core 4gb ram

normally it would be black screen, but recently it display an old screen from few weeks ago and my cpt keep reaching 99 degrees celcius after 30' of using since then
