The strange thing, is that the CD was recognized with no problem on my previous build after swapping partitions not too long ago. So I don't understand why it's not recognizing it this time with the same CD and reader.

When I look at the boot priorities, both the HD and optical drives are listed as options. It doesn't take me to installation when I try to boot from either one, it just takes me straight to that error and no further than that.

Well, that's the problem, I'm trying to install windows on the hard drive, but it looks like it's not recognizing any of it, leaving me stuck at that error.

Hi, I keep getting the "Reboot and select proper boot device" regardless of what I've done so far. This problem hasn't changed in the slightest after everything I've tried. I've tried switching the boot order, I've tried switching around the SATA cables, I've tried connecting it to another...
