I'm buying a ryzen 2400g with 8 gigs ram. If I want can I pop in a 1050ti or 1060 later on? And will there be any chance of bottlenecking?

As of April 2018 the GTX 1050ti is at around $200 while the 1060 3gb variants are south of 300 in Amazon. Com out newegg.com. Why is it that Indian Amazon still sells these at above 280 i.e 1050ti? Is there a way I could get hands on a card sold at MSRP now?
