Its in recovery mode so reset this pc, system restore, startup repair, system image recovery, etc. Startup repair doesnt work

Start up couldn't repair this pc. And then im in recovery mode. I backed up the c drive using the My Passport Backup software. So i guess i did a full backup?

USAFRet, i backed up my files to my external hard drive and used your 3rd party tool but now i can't boot my laptop. It does not automatic repair. Any suggestion?
