nvidia drivers stopped supporting the older cards so maybe you can run it off of windows drivers(go to device manager uninstall card). you might have to look up how to keep card from checking for new drivers. tbh just look at other multi display options and use this as a coaster.

that looks like a driver problem. try wiping the driver first then reinstalling. go to device manager uninstall device then manually reinstall latest driver. this could help because old drivers are usually over written not deleted. other than that i can't help you except to say that i doubt it...
