You wont void the warranty so long as you dont overvolt the card, it has regulations to stop you doing this, so unless you use custom BIOS and overvolt you should be fine to overclock! :)

Just to address the thought of buying another gtx 670, thats not an option as i currently have a m-ATX board so no extra expansions possible

personally the build seems pretty solid only thing i would personally change (out of preference) is a little stronger graphics card, 650 ti as it is will struggled to keep up with some of the newer games at high settings (battlefield 3 comes to mind..) i would recommend going for a 660 Ti at...
