Ah excuse me I misread "video" as "video game". My bad. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers again, but this time when you reset your pc let it idle on the desktop and see if the sound is there . This will give us a definitive answer

Doesn't sound like hardware to me. Allow me to ask some questions Does this only happen in game What games in specific? If uninstalling the drivers worked it's more than likely a software issue in my experience

PC and mobile? That leads me to believe that certain game has more than Roblox can handle or is poorly made. Nothing you can do about that unfortunately.

If you go into device manager, under "Sound, video and game controllers", find your headset and right click it. Choose Properties and go to the drivers group. Try updating them first, otherwise uninstall is what we are after. Your PC should reinstall them upon plugging in the headset again

So my laptops charging port broke, and in a fit of panic and stupidity, I did a DIY and took the back off and fixed it. I double and triple checked that everything was connected and where it should be. However, now my mousepad (built in) will not work. It does not even appear in Device Manager...

I just reset my PC again and it is showing the correct amount of free space now. Thank you so much for your help

But I deleted everything IN the recycle bin and it still says 28.7 GB Free

28.7 GB Free. Yes I rebooted several times

It is 890 GB and I deleted a 33 GB folder of music and videos. When I looked at how much space was on the drive it said 28.7, which is what it said before I deleted the folder
