Here's a great 1440p 144hz 1ms response time monitor. My dual 980ti's can max out most games and hold steady on 144hz. Personally, I wouldn't go 4k. With game graphics getting better and better all the time, it really wont be long before your 1080 cant handle maxed 4k. http://
