    R9 270 vs 270x

the 270x has a faster clock rate. it basically is an overclocked 270. If you don't want to overclock then choose the 270x.

    FX-6 6300 3.5GHz vs FX-8320

i'd pick the one with the GTX 760. you would see better framerates with a GTX 760. GPUs are maybe 85% in total performance if not more.

Can I connect my new graphics card to my current motherboard

You can connect it to your motherboard because it has a PCI-E x16 connector. I think your talking about connecting it to your power supply.

    wich graphics card is better?

I recommend Sappphire R9 270x. it cost $199 on newegg and it even comes with Battlefield IV. SAPPHIRE DUAL-X 100364BF4L Radeon R9 270X 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card plus it has a really nice cooling system.

    SSD or Standard Hard Disk

SSD for OS files. HDD for general storage. no fps loss on HDD. it will load faster if installed on SSD and your system will boot faster.
