Trying to repair friends older computer. F_usb_2 pin alignment doesn't match the motherboard's input. The usb has the same alignment as the front audio connectors.... This is the motherboard...

I just updated my bios so I could upgrade from a core i3-6100 to a core i7-7700k. PC boots fine, but only when the GPU isn't installed, but when it is installed I can't get a video output, although the fans still come to life etc. When it is installed, the GPU fan turns on for a few moments...
