It should be able to run all of those games on pretty high settings. It won't be maxed out but if you need a gaming PC it will be decent. May I ask how much are you paying for it? I'd guess it's around $450-$550.

To get truly max settings on Skyrim you'll need a bigger GPU and CPU (that is with the upgraded hi-res texture packs). Plus, it depends on your definition of max settings. With no anti-aliasing, you should be able to run close to max settings with the overclock.
