no i have not tried without it. For example im tweaking apex legends, gpu @ 60 degrees with aggressive fan curve and stock cpu is like 58 degrees. while it can reach good fps it woobles.

yes i did, nowhere close and it is very choppy with 144hz freesync even though on low it very easily reaches that. thats why i suspect either vram is busted of the vram timings are all wrong for gaming.

gpuz is is updated now, benchmarks are fine, but gaming right now on this is horrible compared to what i see on youtube, keep in mind i have everything on the lowest settings possible. And yes thats the card found an extra sticker on the box.
