Are they quiter than the stock ones? If so, how much quiter?

I have an h100i on my i5-4670k, and I'm starting to think of getting after market fans for the CPU cooler since the h100i stock ones are a little too loud for my preference. Are there any Quiet rad fans with decent performance, but also at the same time good looking?

BTW, can you update on what's left? Cuz I'm not sure if everything's out, I'll be happy to take anything left :) I have already all those games since the purchase of a GTX 770, but It'd be a good gift to my fiend :)

:P Yeah I had some experience with windows before so I know most stuff and I sometimes had issues with it and coudn't deal with them, but after using it for quite awhile on this PC I'm getting used to it. :)
