I have old LCD monitor from 2004 that makes electric/static like noises if I wiggle the VGA cable at the VGA and Monitor connection place.Can this be indicator that it's faulty and if so, can this damage my modern GPU?

I have R9 380 2GB I5-6400 8GB RAM Turning shadows above Lowest in a lot of intensive games kills my FPS.Picking Even Medium Shadow settings instead of Low and having everything else on highest(where VRAM limit allows) my FPS can go from average 80 to 40-50 average. This can't be VRAM issue...

I have Nitro 2 GB Sapphire 380 and it has fan issues too.They only work properly with MSI afterburner, otherwise they spin too slow or not at all.Also has GPU usage problems.Seems to have problems with stuttering in some games too, but maybe it's the games fault. Fallout 4 is unoptimized...

Ok I will try to uninstall and reinstall drivers first and then reinsert GPU if it doesn't help? Also, should I install whole CCC package along with drivers?I chose minimal option only drivers to be installed this time.

You talking about PSU PCI connectors or the GPU ones? What program to uninstall current drivers?

Only firefox.exe but if I don't have firefox opened theres no applications using GPU.
