Received update on 6 July that I will received it on 8 July. 8 July, received it and installed the replacement monitor. Tested screen is good with no dead pixel, but no audio coming out of the monitor. Email them again... :rolleyes:

Yeah, either reinstall window on another drive or use bootable usb with window installed on it. Mind uploading a picture of "This PC" in file explorer showing all drive? My take is that to try deleting all partition and volume in CMD using DISKPART first

Looks Ok to me, I too uses i5-7500. But if needed to, you can also just change to a better cpu cooler. (I use CRYORIG M9 for my cooler) Below are the spec for mine.

Ok, indeed the person that build my pc doesn't take out the sticker and still apply thermal paste on it. 🤦🏻‍♂️ After personally remove, re-paste and test, the maximum temp i get is 68 degree with same setting compared to the 97 degree previously.
