Apparently myself (and the developer of the app) had no idea. Nor the people that allow you to choose a port within their wake on lan apps. Go figure. but really though. If i knew, i wouldnt be asking for help.

want the unfortunate answer? Turn on ECC in memory config. No clue why thiis is necessary with some kits but my 32gb was showing up 90% of the time as 24gb w/ 8 reserved. Turned on ECC and it was all back gg
