Figured it out. The issue was with drivers randomly being disabled, which provided a simple solution in going to Device Manager and re-enabling the device with a right-click on the affected marker.

No, but I just went into Disk Management and formatted it as MBR (thanks, other THW page) and rechecked and it still isn't showing up under Devices and Drives.
