ow this is an old post, sorry about this, it was indeed my PSU, it bricked 2 of my GPU's ( got replacement for the newest one but its a faulty replacement... ) one of the 3 fans spins at 100% all the time os i RMA it, got a new gpu in 2 days normaly

can you get into the BIOS ? if you can get into it try and search for 'load optimised bios' it worked with a friend of mine. you can find it in the 'advanced section' normally

got the same problem, a new PSU did wonders. the underclocking did not work for me though. some advice for your new GPU: buy a corsair rx550m, its 80 plus gold and not that expensive ( around 90 euro's in europe )

so i did a 5 minute search, i found out that you need DDR3 RAM in your computer, if you bought DDR4 RAM this will indeed not work ( your motherboard does NOT support DDR4 RAM ). if you bought some random RAM it would be more likely DDR4, its more on the marked. ( newer and stuff )

and what is the name of your motherboard

what kind of ram do you use, DDR3 or DDR4
