Hello, i have one old computer it worked early but now it won't, when i start it CPU fan is working, light, but still black screen not even showing logo, what it can't be? I tried removing CMOS battery but still it didn't work. The motherboard is ASROCK G31M-S CPU Intel 1.8 Dual Core RAM is old...

Hello guys, recently my fan started making some strange noise that i never heard before, it's not so loud..but my question is about SpeedFan, is it normal my fan to go max 189 RPM?, i never tested it before and if not, how can i make my fan working faster?
