Hi guys, I enabled XMP in bios UEFI asus z170 pro gaming, my ram sticks are G skill 8x2gb 3000mhz. I checked CPU-Z and Speccy if they would really run at 3000mhz but they don't. They just run at 1500 mhz instead. Before i enabled XMP they ran at 1000mhz.. What did I do wrong?

I have a similar build. I've also tried alot of things and it also doesn't seem to work. Got a new mobo( the same one, but new one) cause i bent the old one's pin and couldn't get it back how it should be. Fans, lights are up but no display what so ever. I'll try with the i5 6600 tomorrow and...
