I have a g3258 oc to 4.4ghz with an aftermarket cooler My max temp was 70c in prime 95 and 66c when playing gw2. I average about 57-60c. Are those temperatures ok?

I have a pentium g3258 and a hd 7870. When i use fraps to see my fps( NOT TO RECORD) i see it locked at 60 fps on games like black flag and far cry 3. MY vsync is off in amd catalyst and the game. But then when i go to league it actually shows 300 fps. I do have a shitty monitor but my good one...

My cpu is g3258 and my mobo is an asus z97 ar. I tried to oc my cpu but when i do and boot up windows it isnt overclocked i did save the settings. It does let me overclock but it doesnt do it.
