Well I orderded and tried a new motherboard to test if that would make a difference. Well it just works nornal now! Sending the other motherboard back to MSI now

I tried resetting the BIOS to default, saved and restarted. checked the active cores in ryzen master and it showed all the 6 cores where working at 4 ghz. Sadly resetting the BIOS to default did not fix the problem.

I also tried things like 3Dmark, the problem is also in games: gpu usage going all over the place teribble 1% low

It was a stupid idea because I wanted to try crossfire, I have read that you could damage it with 2 PSUs and that probably happened. I need to know what to replace. Either the CPU or motherboard is faulty

No thermal throttling problems, only reaching 40C

10ghz should be more then fine, you didn't adjust voltages so there isn't even a chance of breaking it. Enjoy your fast gpu!
