i want to buy AMD Athlon 3000G but my mobo doesnt support it so im here to ask what mobo and memory should i buy? i dont need anything fancy just enough for it run properly

just one more question about the 200$ suggestion. do i need the memory or could i just buy the cpu and mobo?
