hi, I don't know how but problem has been resolved through Indexing Option, I just Deleted n rebuilt Index. Thanks a lot for all the Help n time.

I tried all 3 things as you suggested but its still the same. I did the Clean boot with all the non - Microsoft services disabled, but file explorer still lags, 1 more thing to add, whenever I start the laptop, in the beginning the lag is less, but as more n more time passes, more I use, lag...

i checked the lenovo site, there was only 1 update available for BIOS, I updated that but it didn't helped .

Opened windows in safe mode, it worked fine, file explorer worked normal, no lagging.
