I OC'd my Fx 8350 to 4.3Ghz, and I ran prime95 for about an hour and the core temp leveled off at around 60C while the socket temp got up to 72C. I thought this might be an error considering all the stories of people never going above 55C while usin the 212 EVO, so I reapplied the thermal paste...

turns out it was indeed the power adapter, one of them seemed to have turned off for no reason, a quick reset got it up and running, thanks for the help!

Turns out its not the wires either... I'm out of options. I would like to add that its not a direct connection to the router but instead through two pairing boxes that are plugged into the house outlet because my pc and the router r in two different rooms. The pairing box model is a tp link...
