I ran intel test on my cpu and it failed the frequency test: --- Reading CPU Frequency --- Expected CPU Frequency is --> 2.50 Detected CPU Frequency is --> 0.800094 CPU Frequency Test Failed!!! Would this indicate a faulty cpu or a setting such as turbo boost not working properly?
