    You could try adjusting the monitor settings, or if you have an Auto button, try pushing that. Double check the Windows settings to make sure you have the correct resolution and if there is any other settings there that might cause this issue.

    If fast boot is turned on in the BIOS, then what I would do is turn it off to see if you have anything going wrong during a full POST test. That might give you some additional information to look into.
