Solution: 1. Download + Install MSI Afterburner 2. Set Core Clock (MHz) to -92 3. Hit apply + save as Profile 1 4. Go to Settings -> General properties 5. Mark "Start with Windows" and "Start minimized" 6. Do NOT close Afterburner with X, just minimize 7. profit Krowne
