Nah I exchanged in my hd4850 and ddr2 parts but I get back my GPU and some money and this broken GPU . can heating chipset work or don't risk and find another way to fix.

MY PC Specs : E7300 , 4GB Ram DDR3 , P5P41T LE, 1TB HDD Windows 10 and now I am using hd 4850 12 year old graphics card with 380W (300W 12v 25amps) PSU , (7770 not working on corsair cx 750 psu ), can you help me ? gpu chipset get warm

1st sorry for my bad English. I scammed by buying a dead GPU. so when I put in my motherboard it beeped, maybe its because bad power supply but when I tested on good PSU it was the same result. so cooler start spinning and chipset get warm. what can be the reason? HD 7770 GHz Edition.
