Thanks, @jasonf2, by doing some tests with NZXT CAM software and changing CPU/fans speed to the maximum, I can certainly say that this software is controlling the CPU fans and not my BIOS settings as I previously thought it was. It makes me wonder twice if I shouldn't connect the entire fan...
