    The drives themselves read/write okay. chkdsk is clean, SMART is okay as well. Its just that when i plug it into the PC, it takes anywhere between 0 sec to 2mins to appear ready on My Computer. The above message appears as an entry in Event Log, the only one that seems relevant to the HDD...
