Question Task manager shows higher Usage % than values used
As title states, the values used by applications don't add up to the percentage by a big margin, is this normal for task manager to do or is my RAM malfunctioning ? I have 2x8GB installed. ONLY UNDER HEAVIER LOAD e.g. Heavy RAM and GPU games Screens for clarity:
