YES!!!! its working!!! i uninstalled all amd drivers using the driver fusion and then installed the amd driver you linked and it is working!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!

i tried, the auto detect driver setting thing doesn't detect anything, and i have tried installing the beta catalyst control center. i have tried everything i can related to drivers, and they all failed.

so i recently RMAed an xfx graphics card, and i just got it back, but it isn't detecting the card, the model is XF-795A-TNFC. I have windows 7 64-bit, and i think the other board was a p90... something like that, it was the newest motherboard about a year ago. here are some shots of the screen...
