Question Do I have to re apply Thermal paste?

It's completely fine for your CPU to occosionally jump to 75C. Even running processors at 90C these days for long periods of time isn't a problem, you don't have anything to worry about.

[SOLVED] how to overclock my pc

This is a misconseption, if you aren't increasing voltages / getting dangerous temps, you won't shorten its lifespan. Even for these laptops, if you increase from 0.9V to 1V that's absolutely no problem because the desktop chips(Same arch - which is whats important) run at like 1.25V.

Question Can I use 2x Sata/Molex to 6+2 for Strix 1070ti With My PSU ?

If it doesn't even offer you a 1x8 at 500W, that PSU is absolute garbage. Get a new one. Also I'd advise against the Elite V3, it's really bad. Check this PSU tier list out: https://www.gamingscan.com/psu-hierarchy/

    Question 1000€ Gaming PC

Yeah, seems good. Although you'll still probably want to do the rendering on the GPU(1660ti with its NVENC is great), a good CPU still helps

    Question 1000€ Gaming PC

It depends on what program you're using, but I'd say around 2.5 times again, although probably a bit less than that.

    Question PSU Guide

A i7 with a 1060 seems overkill for gaming, but maybe you're doing something different. Decent 450-550W is enough. and like another person recommended, I'd go with the CX450

    Question 1000€ Gaming PC

In games, I'd say around 2.5 times, probably more than that though.

Question Ryzen 7 1700X Overclock: Decreased Performance!?

That is not a good way to benchmark anything. Games can vary in avg framerate depending on where you're looking at and stuff like that. You got less frames on your overclocked BF1 bench because you were doing something intensive. You should test your cpu with something like Cinebench R15. First...
