    Monitor makes a buzzing noise

Does the monitor have a speaker? If not, you probably have a defective monitor. If it's new, RMA it. If it's old, buy a new one (but preferrably a different make and model).

Cpu usage drops to 0% and screen freezes

This sounds like a software issue to me. Does it always happen in the same place in the game? I'm not particularly familiar with Arma III, so I'd defer to someone with more knowledge about that title.

ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming doesn't recognize multiple hard drives

Rather than defective, is it possible that drives 3 and 4 haven't been formatted? What interface do the SSDs use (SATA, AHCI, NVMe)?

    Hard Drive not being recognized.

Well, that's to be expected if the new HD was installed in a different machine. You need to reinstall the OS so that the configuration and drivers of the OS match the machine it's trying to run on.

    No video output to monitor

If this is a new build, and "only some pin connectors work", I would RMA the mb.

Computer runs but no output to monitor.

Can you try using the onboard graphics instead of the GPU? There are also settings on your bios to indicate the "first" graphics card to use. That should be set to the PCI slot your GPU is using. Otherwise, it might just be sending the signal to the wrong place.

    Extreme CPU usage in CSGO

I noticed that there's a new version of the game dated 1/12/2017. Any chance that is causing your performance differences?

System will not load past Toshiba logo screen

Assuming that the bios hasn't been changed, I'm guessing that you may have a memory issue. Are there 2 sticks of memory? If so, try booting with just one (and if that fails, just the other).

System will not load past Toshiba logo screen

Could you provide some details like the motherboard, CPU, memory, disk, and power supply in use? Is this a new build? Are there error codes showing on the motherboard?

Chkdsk shows no errors but WD Diagnostics show Status Code: 07 error

What quick test did you run? Chkdsk is pretty thorough.

    Replacing the motherboard inside speakers

The speakers you show are Creative T30 ireless speakers, which are not physically connected to the computer. What makes you think that you "blew the board"? If you in fact destroyed the sound portion of the motherboard, the most cost effective response is almost always to replace the...

Installing New Motherboard/Ram/CPU(and heat sink) Help

Basically, you have a new computer with an old hard drive. As a boot device, this drive isn't likely to work. All of your drivers will be different, and many of the Windows O/S files will need to be exchanged. The good news is that if you have a full retail version of Windows, you should be...
