You should be fine with your current supply with the 660ti but I would recommend upgrading a little bit. Jumping up to 600 won't hurt. My rule is that you never want to be scraping by on power.

IE is very buggy in general. I would suggest switching to google chrome. If you're set on IE, you could try going back into internet options and restoring the default settings for the browser assuming you haven't already done that.

My recommendation is to go with 7 for now and upgrade to 8 six to twleve months down the road. This is from experience with drivers. 8 is not fully optimized. I would wait until at least SP1 has launched then proceed with the upgrade. Drivers are going to be your main issue.

DSP allows for one install and one install only. If your system dies, so does windows 8. You will not be able to install in on another machine. You'll need to purchase a full retail version if you want the full licensure in the aspect of reinstalling it on another computer.
