ISSUE FOUND - Ended up being a fault with the M.2 ssd not transferring data correctly, this would cause PC to crash and reset, sometimes would reset in safe mode. Just thought i’d post an update incase anyone has the same issue.

Thats fair, even if the BIOS states the correct version it means that it may not have set correctly? The BIOS literally says Version 5404 which is the most up to date version.

I’ve never heard of this before and after searching looks like a pain to do. I could try re-installing BIOS again.
