I tried that and the auto settings and it was the same. I tried the settings and could get 2,048 MB Kingston DDR3 @ 800 MHz. I didn't try 1033MHZ last time i did it was not stable.

I set the latency and the only clock options are Auto,430MHz, 573MHZ, 716MHZ, 860MHZ and 1003 MHZ. When I tried 860 and League woudn't load into game. It worked fine at auto.
