    I am not well versed in computers sadly. So I am not exactly sure what you mean by that if you care to explain. Again this only happens to video games, and even if the game is windowed, its only inside the game window and not outside of it.

    Oh my lord. I still don't know what it means. But I found that overscan, and it actually worked. Thank you internet stranger for looking into these things and helping me. I really appreciate it.

    Please let me state firstly that I am not very educated in this, so please go easy. I have an UHD 3840x2160 tv for my computer. But in my NVIDIA control panel my computer still says that the native resolution is 1920x1080, even though that resolution is so big I can't even see the taskbar...

    That 31% and 28% is with nothing running except firefox. The first pic is a little small, but I am able to make out that the numbers only add up to around 600mb of memory, but my computer is running at 31% which isn't even close to what is really running. I only do run firefox, google chrome...
