I believe that I have fixed the problem, it now booted into set up I chose restore to default and now has booted into windows, all I need to do is update my bios from the main website. Thank you for the help.

Sadly I'm not tech savvy and have searched all morning for a solution, if placing the battery back and the screen for set up bios or resetting it does not show what should I do?

Unfortunately I do not have the jumper as I stated, I have had the battery removed for just over an hour now. Does having it out longer affect it at all?
