1. Are you connecting the two monitors to the same graphics processor (both to motherboard IO panel/integrated graphics, or both to a graphics card)? Is it a desktop or laptop? 2. Are you using any kind of adapter between the source and the monitor? DVI to VGA or anything like that?

Assuming you have Windows: -Search for "Sound" in Windows and open -In the Recording tab, right click your Microphone device and click "properties" (Test to see if you hear the static, and verify it was your mic, not his speakers) -Go to "Listen" tab and check the "Listen to this device" box...

Does this issue only happen when your monitor is plugged into the Titan X, or while it's plugged into the Integrated graphics too?
